Join us for Piano Liberado with Embodied Release: discover deep connection within your body, release stored tension through guided somatic dynamic movement and the meditative soundscapes of a liberated piano.
Imagine stepping into a sacred journey of self-discovery - where cacao, body awareness, and the living sound of a liberated piano work together to calm your mind, ground your nervous system, and guide you into a profound connection with your body's wisdom.
We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening the heart and inviting deep presence. Through guided voice work, you will then scan your body to identify triggers, pressure points, and stored emotions - building awareness of what your body is holding and longing to release.
From this place of awareness, we move into Kali dynamic meditation - a powerful, liberating practice designed to release tension through dynamic movement, shaking, and expression.
Finally, we close with shavasana, a deep rest that allows everything you have experienced to integrate fully.
Throughout the journey, pianist Tin Yi Chelsea Wong's Piano Liberado creates a deeply meditative sonic backdrop, bringing you closer to your inner world with each soul-stirring note.
Together, these practices create a pathway to healing, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of what your body and soul are trying to tell.
To feel comfortable and fully supported, please bring a yoga mat for shavasana. Cacao, snacks, and a welcoming space await you. Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to arrive a little early to settle in.

Pure joy. Innocent playfulness. Dances, fairytales, lullabies, and fantasies - the kind of fun that reminds us of our childlike wonder. Watch two friends share one piano.
